• Anti-Scraping Policy: Automated scraping, harvesting, or extraction of reviews, user statistics, or creator directories from this site is strictly prohibited.

TubeBoxd is an independent, fan-made curation website:

• We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Letterboxd Limited.
• All creator logo files, branding, and images remain the trademark property of their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty & Liability

TubeBoxd is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or database backups, and shall not be liable for any data loss, service interruption, or damages arising out of your use of the website.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate our community standards or anti-scraping policies at our sole discretion.
