Programme Background After a successful implementation of three (3) Eastern Cape BOM “Battle Of Municipalities” Talent Search seasons, we reached a stage where we are able to lobby more diverse industry partnerships that are enabling us to support, develop and bring hope, especially to the previously disadvantaged and marginalized communities. This initiative is not just a normal talent search, it is a project that addresses creative industry needs in its totality. We are using artists that audition through the BOM Talent Search, as a catalyst to address a wider range of industry and community needs within the province, hence our value proposition, “giving hope to creative workers and communities they come from”.
